Lead time will range from 3-6 business days for powder coat metal, stainless steel and plastic laminate. Solid plastic is 6-9 business days and phenolic is about 10-15 business days.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax in the states of AZ, CA, FL, IL, GA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OK, TN, TX, VA, and WA. If you are exempt from sales tax please e-mail us your account number and certificate so we can make the adjustments to your account prior to placing the order.

Are they hard to install?

Our systems are engineered for easy installation. A typical carpenter or handy man will be able to get the job done.

Do I get all of the hardware that I need for a complete installation?

You will receive everything you need for a complete installation except for the installer themselves.

What if I am missing items or have damaged material?

All missing or damaged material must be noted at the time of delivery on the delivery ticket. Please notify us within 24 business hours of any issues. Any material signed for in good condition cannot be replaced at no charge.

Is shipping an additional charge?

No. Shipping is Free to the lower 48 states.

Yes. We will e-mail the tracking information to the e-mail we have associated with the order.

Will the delivery company call before they deliver?

No, most delivery companies do not call prior to delivery. Once you receive the tracking # you will be able to see anticipated delivery itinerary or you may call them to get further info.

How do I get my material off of the delivery truck?

The trucking company is only responsible for getting the material to the back of their truck. If you do not have a forklift or loading dock, the lift gate option must be selected at checkout and paid at the time of purchase.
